Its the very last sunday of 2012... THE very last one. For tomorrow is monday, New Years Eve, and the day after that, its a whole new freakin year! The first day if 20... what comes after 12? 6? 471? Well what ever the year is, I bet its gonna suck!!! ;)

Naa, its gonna be a good year, just like this one has been. It will have its ups and downs, its good days and its bad days. But in the long run, I bet a buck that it'll be a grand year.

But today is still sunday, very early sunday too couse I cant fucking sleep, so I thought I might aswell get this weekly sunday screen shot done with.
A few days ago, I got the Steam special offer THQ Collection for the very low price of 24,95 euros... one hell of a save there. And one of the games (there was like 23 of em or so), was Darksiders 2. And I found a nice looking view I thought would be good to share with my friends and what ever followers I have.

His current mission, is to prove the innocence of his brother War, and to do that, I, as Death, have to bring back humanity to the land of the living, as the demons of hell have wiped them out.

Not everyday your mission in a game is to save the human race.. AFTER they have been extinct :P

Calvin Confiming Present

After playing a fair share of Minecraft, from a downloaded copy, I found that I would actually like to own my own copy, for two reasons; 1st becouse its an awesome game that deserves my money, 2nd couse I want to be able to play with Technic Launcher, do some Tekkit or the likes (dont worry if you dont know what all this crap means, just rest assure it will make the game more fun).
So I went to their website and clicked the "BUY NOW" button and was redirected to their company's site where I had to first register an account. After I did that, I would have recived a confirmation mail... but thats when I found out that they are having some serious issues with their mailing system, so noone is getting any mail (think they were backed up at around 250 000 mails that didn't go out).
When I finally decide to actually buy the game.. I cant!! :P
I cant buy the game until I have confirmed my email, and to do that I need to first recive the confirmation email... that they are unable to send.

Yea it kind of sucks.

On to more happy news thou. CHRISTMAS!!! Yep, its over, so relax. But it was good, well rather good. Both me and the missis was having some issues with our poor little bellies, poopin way more then we would have liked, but all and all, a good weekend.
Even got a gift from my little brother and my half-dad that I wanted... all thou, I hadn't expected it to be so big. What I wanted was a tool box. I have a lot of tools, but never a specific place to hold them, so they have always been scattered around the apartment like litter. But the damn size of it is almost silly... or so I thought... my tools all fit, but its almost full already :)
Also got some extra tools in it too, a kit with a shitload of bits and pieces, very awesome, so thanks baby brother and half-dad.

If I ever get a kid, I want him to be like Calvin... well maybe a bit less Calvin then Calvin

Snowman Sunday Screenie

As some, or most, of you know, I am currently not at home. I am with my fiancée in our nations capitol... or nation is a bit of stretch, country will do.
Either way, we are here in Stockholm where this years christmas celebrations will take place, the food, the gifts, the ornaments, the glögg and the social life.

But this doesn't mean I cant still put out a screen shot for you on this, the day before santa drops his load... of presents. I know, some countries dont give out gifts on christmas eve, America and England are prime examples, but we here in Sweden do... no idea what other countries do too.. if you live in one, a country that is, that gives out their christmas gifts on the Christmas Eve, and not the Christmas Day, let me know in the comment section below... if you get yours on the Christmas Day, tell me that too (just remember to wright down the country too :P )

... a snowman of giant proportions, inside a snowglob of equal giant proportions in the center of Lion's Arch in the game Guild Wars 2 (if you didn't get that already). Lots of stars are hanging around, lanterns, snowmen, piles of magic snow in warm climate areas and the odd big gifts in some not so friendly areas, that when opened, spills out small toys that for some reason is not friendly either :P

The End

Its the end of the world!!! Why are you on the freakin internet? Go get laid! Go eat unhealthy food! Go kick a hobo in the nuts! ANYTHING!!!

I wonder how many people will kill themselves on this day? How many people that will realize they spent so much money on survival kits, dry food, shelters and what not, that they all of the sudden will be in debt for the rest of their lives? And I wonder how many will be dissapointed that it didn't end?

All I know, is that I have plans for the days after this day... and I am 99,99% certian, that I will be doing them (who knows, I might die from getting hit by a car on the way to the trainstation)
I have never belived that the world will end becouse of some prophecy, nor will I ever. Now, if the world ends today, I will still not belive in dooms day prophecies, mainly couse I'm gonna be dead anyway, but also, couse I will think of it as a fluke.
People have said for thousands of years, that the world will end, and most of em, have had specific dates attached  to them, the people at Jehova's Witness church/cult, for example,told thier followers, and anyone else stupid enough to lend an ear, that the world would end no less then 10 times over the years. First one sometime during the year 1874, and latest in 1994.
Here's the funniest one yet thou. According to the Church of !BLAIR! (yea I had never heard of it either), all humans will die at 03:28 GMT in 2047. This is becouse the gods will then lift their "protective hand" from earth, and then Astro-lemurs (aliens with lemur bodies in the color of the rainbow) will attack the humanrace and club them to death will giant burritos. (I secretly hope that will actually happen just becouse its so fuckin stupid)

Anyone with any kind of proper intelligence will see all these silly prophecies for the fuckin shit they are.

Now for something else. I wont be home on sunday, but I will try and get a sunday screen shot entry out anyway. Will be adding a screen shot to the usb stick that will then be brought with me to the beautiful woman that is the love of my life, and then I will hi-jack her crappy laptop and do the entry there :)

Time for the weekly Screen Shot Sunday! Todays special, ACTION!!!

I resently got a chance, with my ranger, to fight and kill the dragon Tequatl the Sunless, a dragon that just loves to spawn big ass undead things, small annoying undead things, and undead things that go BOOM when they touch you :P

I am in this shot somewhere, throwing axes at his feet.

The fight wasn't very long, but it was intense and lots of fun. Just like the other dragons. (except for the frozen one, that fight is fun too, but very long)

Cold Giraff Love

Its cold outside. negative 19 degrees.. celcius. Not faren-whatever.
Got to get out on this day too. Got a package waiting at the post office, buy a ham for christmas, also get a thermometer for said ham, and book a time in the laundry room so I can clean my socks so they'll warm my feet again (ofc I need to clean some shirts, underwear, pants and shit too)

Heard the other day that the united states of 'merica, is slowly changing their ways. Hope they dont start a second civil war over this thou, couse lets face it, there are some nutty people in that country... nutty enought to go to war for not wanting the metric system.
Yes I am talking about the metric system, meters, kilometers and the little milimeter. And nooooo I dont think its gonna couse a damn war.
Anyway, saw a video of Neil deGrasse Tyson that he told us that the metric system is "sneaking" its way in to the lives of americans. Medicin, soda bottles, and what not, he mentioned alot more then I can remember at this time, are getting, or already have, their measurements in metric instead of imperial. And to be fair, I think most people can agree that calculations in metric for both distance and volume is far easier when using the metric system then the imperial. So I belive its a good thing that they are switching to it.

I also want to share something else. My beloved hasn't been told yet, but gonna wright it down here anyway.

I feel that my love for Isabelle has re-blossomed latetly. I love her like never before. Which just means that not seeing her this weekend is gonna be that much more of a pain, but also that christmas eve is gonna be the   best christmas eve ever.
Cant wait to have her near again.

Memory Fun and Cold Feet

When ever I get an idea that I want to wright down here, I always get  these ideas on my way to, from or at work, and thus, I never remember them properly when I finally get home. So last night, I had enough and got an app for the phone so I can record my own voice and just talk the idea into it, and then I wont have to waste millions of brain cells on remembering it.. only a few thousand to remember that I had an idea and have it recorded.

Kind of hope that more of my brain farts will make it to the blog now :P

Today I found a tumbler site that just made me bend over dubble in laughter. Its just a bunch of "Iphone" text dumps between a man and his dog... and I dont know it he has a buddy or not wrighting with him on an acutal iphone, or not, but its hilarious!!!

I just searched for "dog texts" in google and vóila! there they were.

In other news, I've "snowed in" on a man named Neil deGrasse Tyson latetly. He's an astrophysict from america, and he is by far, the smartest AND the funniest guy around.

I'll give you an example.

Just search on his name on youtube, and lean back... he's awesome, funny and way way more intelligent then  most people :P

Also... I need to clean my socks, they dont warm my feet well enough anymore... I get cold feet :P

This is an image of your typical dredge mining halls, somewhere deep in a mountain somewhere. Cant remember where, but they are everywhere, specially in Norn areas.. so there is a large chance that outside, there is snow.. kind of like it is here in Sweden now :P

Snow Motherfuckers!

Its snowing here in Sweden... lots of it too. And when I say lots.. I mean lots and lots and lots of fuckin snowing. To help you get an idea of just how much, without using pictures, couse I haven't taken any worthwhile yet. I can tell you that today alone, atleast 1,5-2 decimeters of snow has fallen... or well, falling is not really accurate, couse we have also had some wind... wind and snow... that has actually killed people today, and gotten a whole slew of cars, buses and trucks get stuck or crashed all over the country.
In the capital, Stockholm, the storm was even worse (or they are just pussies and claim it was worse :P ), lot of blackouts, no subways in major parts of the city, buses were late by 40 minutes to hours.
Even SJ, the railway system for the country, told people to NOT take the train today unless they realy had too, even then they should try and just not take the train.

All and all... its been a hell of a day...

And I thought that sure... its a storm outside... but I'll walk to work anyway =D

I started work today at 10 in the morning, had about 7 kilometers to go... in headwind. Yea... sucked monkey butt. Hard winds mixed with tiny fuckin snowflakes straight in to the eyes... for atleast 6 of those 7 kilometers. And then there was the snow dunes...

The wind had changed sligthly for when I started walking home, this time, from my steady job, 6 kilometers home. So I had the same issue most of the way home too :P

But enough with the complaining. Winter is here, the snow is here.. and even with the hell of the storm... its still beautiful.

Screenie Sunday

Its getting hard to come up with new names for these weekly sunday screen shot entries :P
But from next year, I might start calling them "Sunday Screen Week 1", and then just make the number higher as more weeks are passing.

The latest week I have been playing Spore... and thats it. Nothing else, just Spore. And I thought I would show you what it looks like for me at this point ingame.
The game itself is easy, not hard to learn, but once you get out of the tidepool, and have advanced your race with about 7-8 billion years, you get to start taking over the galaxy.

The green areas means I have allies or own planets inside... the red how ever... yea, thats the enemy. Shortly after I took this screenie, I took out one of their planets so they only have one star system left... the one at the lowest point in the screenshot (the one connected with the yellow line)

I am an industrial race in this game. Which means I can BUY the various planets I have trade with. But buying whole systems is pretty damn expensive, and getting the cash is hard. Gonna try a warrior race, or a religious race later and see if any of em are easier in taking over the galaxy. (probebly not)

Gonna try and make a video of some game play, but its mostly gonna be a compilation of all of it, perhaps a series of compilations from the tidepool and up, all around 10 minutes long or so. But we'll see.

Cold Blisterless Bus

It was actuallly cold outside today... not just snowy, but cold.
It felt... refreshing.
Now calm down, I know that cold weather isn't exactly the most wanted thing around in this country, but lets face it, we all rather have a cold snowy winter then one that is just full of rain, grey clouds and a few degrees above freezing... which, if you have forgotten, is how our winter started.

Walked to work today, and yea I know; But Daniel, you dont work on saturdays!?!... I do, some times, not often, but it happens... gonna work tomorrow too, now get over it.
Where was I?
Oh right, walked to work... around 6+ kilometers, in the cold and the snow... in new shoes. Not the best idea I know, but it worked. Took me an hour and five minutes. and I now have sore muscles next to both my  left and right chin... no blisters thou :)
For the way home, I took the bus. Couse I wanna be able to get to work tomorrow too... and the next day :P And wouldn't you know it.. the bus that I went on, took me all the way home :)

Bad news thou, I was tierd as hell at work... and I hate that. I want to be wide awake to the very last minute of work, so I dont make mistakes, forget shit or do something else I shouldn't do at this type of job... so I'm gonna keep myself awake until 2-3 in the morning, and then hopefully sleep til 10 tomorrow morning.

Freedom Spending

Today is friday, for you who haven't noticed. And I can honestly say, that this is the first week in all my life, that a friday is the only day I am not working :)
Gonna work evening both saturday and sunday, but today, its FREEDOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!

And on this friday of freedom, I will be slacking my ass off!
Start it off with a slow wake up, no breakfast right away (but dont worry, I'm getting to it soon, already hungry), then off to the store to buy crap, and some non-crap, sit infront of the computer and play Spore, then spend the rest of the evening with a few beers and a good friend.. dont know if we'll spend it here or at his place thou... that never came up :P
But just spending time with a friend is good, no matter where it happens to be at.

I found an awesome wallpaper the other day, yesterday I think, that I just have to share... its an image of a setup thou, so if you wanna save it to your computer and use it, be warned that it will look wierd.

Today, when I got home from the local grocery store, a package was waiting for me on the welcome matt... the welcome matt that has the frase "Oh Shit Not You Again" on it.

It was a little brown package with my adress on it, my name, and the name of the company who sent it.

Inside the brown package was a smaller package.

And inside that package was a small plastic bag.

I know that some may not like these, but I dont fucking care, couse I love it.

They went in perfectly too, all 25mm. And here I thought I only had 22-23mm holes :)

Another Sunday Screen Dump

Todays screen shot was taken at the starting area of the Sylvari race... and it was taken while looking straight up. I thought it was worth sharing as I saw a flock of blue birds circling the area, and I found this perticular view fantastic to get some birds in...

So here you go... birds and light.

Its hard to see the birds... but the glowing blue/white things in the sky, thats them... very nice.

A Moment of Duuuuh

Today I had a "duuuuh" moment while playing Sniper Elite 2.
Now I'm gonna try and set this up for you as best I can, but unless you play games like this, you are probebly not gonna get it anyway, but lets try.. who knows, it might be fun.

First of, Sniper Elite 2, hence forth known as SE2, is a game set in World War 2. You are an allied (in other words an american) sniper who's job is to kill a few scientists couse they have been bad and helping the nazi's, except one, who turned and became an ally... we did not kill him.
So as a sniper, you sneak around and shoot people in the head, an example of this you can see HERE, not being shoot yourself, and some times plant bombs, trip mines or throw rocks around to make the silly nazi's or communists look in a different direction.
I am currently as far in the game as to try and find a very elusive scientist names Wolff, who built, or designed atleast, a big ass rocket that could take out all of London.
So before I go and shoot this Dr Wolff, I need to stop this bad rocket.

Now ofc, as I have gone pretty far into the game by now, who knows it might be 60 missions left for all I know, I didn't expect this to be easy. I expected heavy resistance, lots of patrols and a fair number of enemy snipers... and let me tell ya, enemy snipers can be a bitch to find some times.

So off I went t o go mucking about in a trench, then out of the trench, into a train station, kill some dudes in there, then defend my position until the rocket was fully fulled, then take out the rocket.

Here's where I got stuck.

In order to take out the rocket, I had to "snipe it down".. meaning use my sniper rifle to destroy it. For all I now, I do NOT have armour piercing rounds, which means I had to find a weak spot...
The tip wasn't it.
The end of the rocket wasn't it.
The fuel tank next to it wasn't it.

After looking up and down, side to side, I got feed up and looked online where I was suppose to shoot that thing, or what I was suppose to shoot.

Thats when I had my "duuuuh" moment.

It wasn't on the top of the rocket, or the bottom, or some silly fuel tank in the background...
It was the fuel porthole on the damn rocket... on the left side about half way up it!!!

And it was flashing red too... so how the hell do I miss it??? Would you? Probebly... couse there was a lot of smoke and a lot of angry red's and germans around who didn't like me for some reason (guessing it was couse I had killed a bunch of their buddies, but it might be couse I have comfy slipper on too). So seeing something like that when you have precious few seconds before it launches, doesn't realy help.

But either way... a "duuuh" moment was had, and much to the joy of the locals...

Early Down, Early Up

For some reason, my body wanted to wake up early yesterday morning... at the ungodly hour of 7:30. But it turned out to be for the best, as I had completetly forgotten about the staff meeting we were to have a few hours later. So I made it to said staff meeting.
Then I walked around town with a coworker for a bit and bought all kinds of shit, batteries, new slippers and some alcohol.

How ever, this early morning shit got me extremely tierd later on, I should point out to you as well that I had gone to bed no more then 4 hours before I woke up at that fucked up time, so I hadn't exactly gotten my beauty sleep as needed.
So I thought, FUCK IT!!! And just went to bed at 8 in the evening... yea, a little early perhaps. Shortly after that thou, I got a call from the staffing company who wondered if I could work the morning dubble shift on this very saturday, and as I knew I would be up at an even earlier hour today (4:40), I thought sure, why not.

Gonna be interesting to see how that turns out.. haven't been at work on a morning run for ages, see if I remember everything :P

I have also started thinking of those pesky christmas gifts... what to get for who... its always a clusterfuck. I hate christmas... cant we just all agree that noone wants gift, and just eat good food in good company instead? Without the horrible christmas music we all heard a hundred million times already?

/sigh

Been thinking about buying Spore... but as noone seems to have any in stock, I'll have to buy it trough digital code and download it... bit sceptical about it... but knowing me, I'll probebly spend those 89 bucks and just get it... its so fun.

Wet Winter

Winter time folks, snow, frost, warm chocolate, gingerbread and too many santas in town...
But here, winter is different, atleast this year.
As some of you know, I use my bike to get to and from work, and as winter was coming, I took out my wintercoat, so as to not freeze my nipples off when I use said bike.
Today, when I got to work, I had to turn the jacket inside out to help it dry out for when I went home 6 hours later... same thing when I got home. I also had to change shirt as they were drenched too.

What this means is, I wont be using that jacket anymore... or atleast until it stops being 8 degree's plus at 10 in the fuckin evening!

Its almost december, the month of jolly fuckin christmas!!! Its not suppose to be 8 degrees plus outside after the sun has set, 8 degrees minus perhaps, but not plus.
Now I shouldn't complain too much, the gods of the weather might hear me (or read this, if they have wifi at their place), and just fuck it all up and give us another winter with 3 meters of snow like the last 2 winters. And I'd rather have a snowless winter to be honest.. "Dashing throught the mud! In a one horse open sleigh! Oh what fun it is to ride, while the rain hits your face!!" Everybody now! "JINGLEBALLS"

Anyway gonna go with a hoodie and the leather jacket from now, even walk to work, true, it takes an hour, but I need the exercise... a 20 minute bike ride isn't realy exercise, its just weak knees and and out of breath experience.
And with music in my ears, its so much more fun... or, I'll just use the bike anyway to save me that extra hour to play games on my overheated computer :P

Something Fun

Good news, I hope. I belive I am slowly becoming more healthy. Got to sleep a whole 8 hours today, granted, that also meant I missed the whole day, but it was worth it.
And when I woke up, I realized I had, during my sleep, signed up to work an evening at my new job in 3 weeks time :P

So now that I am in a little better mood, I'd thought I'd get you in a better mood to by showing you some funny pictures I found today.

Less To Worry About?

I went to work yesterday, as I usually do, was having my usual runny nose after a 6 kilometer bike ride in less then tropical weather. A runny nose I usually get rid of after around 1-2 hours.
Later at night, when I went to bed, I had a hard time sleeping, and just couldn't figure out why...

Then it dawned on me... I had the 4 most common symptoms for the nasty cold, sore throat, runny nose, thinkness in the face and fever that eventually made my whole body hurt and also gets me a fuckin cough.
So at this hour, just 5-10 minutes ago, I called in sick... and as these types of cold can become rather nasty in nature, I figured I'd just tell em to fill my remaining 3 days of evening work hours, a total of 18 hours.

This sucks baboons ass!!!

Granted, I wont loose all that much cash in the end, as I've worked extra 2 half days on weekend days and another half day on a weekday. So the cash will still be good, no mayor loss there... but still. I was hoping that cash could be used for potential christmas gifts. Guess not.

Its Sunday Damn It!

Two things today... first up!

SCREENIE!!!

This time, its NOT a screen shot from Guild Wars 2... cant all be that right? noooo So I figured why not show you guys what I am currently playing in between GW2 and work :P

I hit that bastard in the EYE!!!

That is my bullet, from my rifle, from my world war 2 sniper character, in the game Sniper Elite 2.

This is, by all accounts, an awesome game. Just look at that image if you dont belive me... you get to shoot nazi's in the eyes!!!!
And sometimes, you get an x-ray-ish vision of the bullets path in slow motion and see what damage it does to the interior of the bastard you kill... bones, teeth and blood fly around like lego's at a 5 year old's party. Whats not to like??

Here's the second thing... Yesterday, I was at a wedding!

My beloved old friend Henrik was getting his "ball and chain" attached by an equally beloved friend (for him, more like lover) Zandra, who btw has some of the coolest tatoos I've ever seen... but way to wierd for my taste :P

And as an event like this dictates, I got dressed up in a pinstripe suit, black shirt and a purple tie. I looked good.

Smartphone = Stupidphone... also a quiz

Dont you just hate it when your smartphone becomes a stupidphone?
Mine has gotten the idea, from time to time, to think its recharging, when its not. The battery indicator keeps blinking, even when its turned off. This couses it to waste power... and when it does it in off-mode, it wastes it even faster... go figure.
So that means, that even when the battery is full when I go to bed, it will be around 30-60% the following morning... 60% if its still on, and 30% if I have it turned off.
But whats even funnier (?) is the fact, that sometimes, it gets fixed by just rebooting it, or turning it off then on again... tonight, not so much. It keeps thinking that its charging (granted, it is at the moment).

I just hope its still functioning enough tomorrow so it can wake me up at 10 as it usually does.

Now then, lets leave the issue of my phone for now and have ourselves a quiz!!!

Reports of Ze Long Day

As some of you know, all of you if you read my last post, I had a long day yesterday. Started working at 10 in the morning and worked all the way through the day to 10 at night. Not at the same place ofcourse, but in two places... Started with Mr B and ended with Mr P ^^
Mr B part, from 10:00 to 15:30, was slow... was mostly just slacking in the couch or reading my book... which is now at an end... need to get a new book.
Mr P part, 16:00 to 22:00, was as it used to, some work, some humor and the begining of the movie "Not another teen movie"... then home i went.

When I finally got home, I wasn't tierd... I thought I would be, but alas, I was not. So I approved the time report for the latest month, looked at some funny pictures online and played a bit of Guild Wars 2 to get the daily sorted, then I ran a map on DoW Soulstorm with my Chaos Marines... but when I was almost done with that.. the sleepyness came knocking.

But wouldn't you belive it... I couldn't sleep.

After leing in bed for 3 hours, I got hungry, and I cant sleep when I'm hungry, so got up, ate, played some more shit. THEN I could finally sleep.

Hate when that happens.

Todays Random Shit!

Did you ever think about why the wonderbra is actually called a wonderbra?
Well its becouse when you remove it, you wonder where the boobs went...

Today is a kitchen day! I will be in my tiny kitchen more then usual... already started this by having the dishwasher run once, and it is currently running a second time... might be a third before lunch too.
But I will also be in there to make some food... food for 2 lunches and 2 dinners. Meaning 3 "lunchboxes". For tomorrow I will be at work from 10 in the morning to 10 at night... I'm suspecting I'll also need to bring some pre-made sandwishes too, couse just eating twise in 12 hours isn't going to cut it.

I like that will be working 12 hours straight... granted there is an unpayed 30 minute break in the middle, so in reality, its just a 11½ hour workday,  but the time spent  from home will be more like 13 hours :P... you know, for traveling to and from work... by bike... if I were to walk how ever, it would mean 14 hours away form home.

Fuck that now!

Speaking of "fuck"... found alot of pictures yesterday featuring girls, more or less dressed, wearing glasses... and goddamn that was sexy... too bad my girl dont like wearing hers :P

Been thinking of buying some gem's in Guild Wars 2. You can these days buy a "Gem Card" much like you bought  "Pre-Paid Game Time Cards" back in WoW or SW ToR time... but this means you are not using real money to buy time for game play.. but you buy sort of a currency that can then be sold ingame for gold, or you can use them to buy estetics, keys, boosters or a variations of other upgrades... non of which btw can be used to become better then other players. In other words, no awesome weapons or armour or shit... granted, one of the boosters can actually give you a damage bonus of 5% for an hour... but few people would actually call that an advantage, as it only lasts for 1 hour, or until you are dead (downed)... then you have to spend more gems to buy the boost again... I guess it would be the equivilant of using real money to have someone else do your laundry, but only half way trough every time... that might be a bad example thou so dont quote me on it :P

Alright... need to head to the store now to figure out what to actually cook for these 3 lunchboxes and todays lunch.

Well the title says "Sunday Dubble"... for a reason.

I thought I would tell you about my weekend. Now this weekend I was suppose to be at a bachelor party for one of my best friends Henrik... but I had earlier promiced to be with my girl in Stockholm, to do some shit, among other things, go to the yearly Erotica-Fair, more about that later thou.

I should tell you right away, that before I even meet up with Isabelle on friday evening, I spent 550 bucks on a new pair of pants and another 300 on a new hoodie, plain black with no markings or shit on. So thats 850 less in my pocket. On the saturday we went into town for a bit, and when I say "into town" I mean a shopping center close to where Isabelle lives :P
At this shopping "hell" we searched for some new sweatpants for her, didn't find any, and bought more stuff for me!!! /sigh
What was bought was a new belt, needed that, and 2 new necktie's for the upcoming marriage, one dark purple and one white... I'm thinking of going with the white tie, just to fuck with everyone :P All black clothing then a white tie :)
Later in the afternoon we hade some dinner and then off we went to the fair... and just to let you know, if you are a person who works alot at these kind of things... why weren't there any stands or something like that, with videos? DVD's? There were none!!! Now I did get some porno movies, crappy ones I'm sure, haven't watched any of em, but those we got from a "fishing pond"... where the fishing rod was made from a sweapers handle and the actual handle was a giant dildo!! Funny as hell. In the "candy bag" was the two movies, but also a vibriator, small, maybe 5-6 centimeters long, who's purpose I would guess is solely for pleasuring of the clitoris or the likes... not for penetration.
We also bought some oils and other shit, after that we got ourselfs some refreshments, in the form of a beer and a cider and took in one of the striptease shows. We were a long way back so it was hard to see, specially when the girl went down on the floor and did... what ever...
After that we went home... and on the way out, something fun happened... when we got there, there were maybe 4-5 people in the que into the place... when we left the que was atleast 150-200 meters long :P

Pays to get there early I guess ^^

This sunday thou, I had to leave early... and wouldn't you know it??!?! The goddamn train I was suppose to take was canceled for some fuckin reason... so I got to work late... which is why I was going home early.
I was suppose to be at work at 3:30, so I wanted to take the 2 o'clock train home, giving me that hour of travel and another 30 minutes to walk, which means I would get there at just the right time... but now I was late by an hour.
But the evening went without much of a hitch, and then got home thanks to my "half dad" driving me.

Paycheck x 2

You read the title right, for the first time ever, I have received two paychecks. I will be doing so for the forseeable future too as I now have two jobs. Granted, the second job is so far only 5½ hours worth of salary, but still, two paychecks.
Gonna be lovely once I get some more steady hours at the new place and the paychecks become more stable (not to mention higher), but until then, I'll just revel in the fact that I get two of em :)

This evening I had a buddy over, who watched me pay my bills and then we had a walk over to the local 24/7 gasstation for some candy and ready made sandwich, meatballs with beetroot salad and tiny salted cucumbers...  classic and good.
We started watching a movie, but sent him home as I feel beat, which ofc means its almost time to go to bed, gonna have a shave first, just the machine this time, take the razor on friday.

Its halloween in the game now, and lots of candycorns in my bags. You can even mine candycorns from "Fresh Candy Corn" and "Rich Fresh Candy Corn" around the world. Trick or Treat bags drop from mobs from time to time with more candycorns in em, and the odd crafting material uniqe to halloween. Not that I care about it thou, so I just sell it all on the Black Lion Market so others might enjoy them.

Started finishing some low level maps and things with the Necromancer thou, just finished the starting area for the Sylvari. Except for one jumping puzzle... this irritates me, greatly I might add. You see in order to be able to even access this puzzle, you first have to complete another... now this one is easy... but its not like I can just complete that one then go to "nr 3" when ever I want.. If I want to be able to do the 3rd, I have to go through the second (this is the order I've done them, hence the numbers) every time. And if I fail... it means my death, which means I have to release to a waypoint and do the second AGAIN!!
Anyway.. I'll see of I cant get some people with me next time so we can help eachother trough it.

This weekend is a special weekend... kind of, was suppose to go on a party here in town, but alas, I was pre-booked for other t hings... like the Erotica-Fair on saturday. Cant miss that... not since it was my fiancée's idea, I didn't even know it was going to happen. So cant miss it when SHE wants to go :P

Not Working Again

What is not working again you ask? Me? The sun? The manual screwdriver?

No, its the recording I did earlier. For some reason, that I can not explain right now.. everything I record becomes laggy. Now I should not say EVERYTHING, but damn near to it. I do get some photage with flowing action, but its not anywhere near what I want to... so I am sad to report, that it might take awhile before I get more videos out for your viewing pleasure.

I even did a trial recording of Tourchlight 2, and even that turned out laggy... so just fo the hell of it, I'll try an old game and see what happens then, if that isn't laggy, it's probebly just some tweeking that needs to be done in order to fix the issue.

Here's another "funny" thing about these recordings.

Late monday night, 'bout an hour or so after I got home, I figured I'd get some farming done in GW2, half an hour tops, then go to bed, and wouldn't you know it, just as I was about to harvest some veggies after I choped down a tree in the game, a big ass corrupted block of ice slammed down beside me and the words "New Event" poped up on my screen.

The dragon I hade recorded earlier, the day before, was again "up". So I quickly hammered the "start recording button" and filmed the entire process from start to finish. That turned out to become around 35 minute of photage. 35 minutes of non-laggy photage I should add, the issues of lagg came later that day. So the day after I put it to some music, alot of music, and saved it to my harddrive (all 5,67gb of it) and then I tried to upload it to youtube... but something went wrong so I couldn't.

I'm sure you wouldn't want to see all of that anyway, I mean, 35 minutes? Yea thats a pretty long time.
But next time I get the recording stuff sorted, and I post something on the tube and here ofcourse, its gonna be more of a montage of action and what not, set to some cool metal tunes.

Poking a Dragon

I got the recording fixed... so I did a test run... and wouldn't you belive it!!! The dragon known as Claw of Jormag was up in the area I was in... so went over and aided the rest of the players in taking him down.

Early Screenie

Its early morning, and I'm either still awake, or not "still awake", but rather not even close to going to bed. What ever the case, its sunday morning, so I thought it would be a great idea to get the sunday screenie out before I forget it.

Now before I actually give you the screen shoot, I'd like you to know that I have come to the conclusion, that I wont be doing these twise a week, or I fear that this blog will be almost nothing but screen shots of mostly Guild Wars 2 and other games. I regret to tell you that I did not finish it, either we sucked, the group was wrong or the place was just too much in general... we couldn't even get through a hallway of so called trash mobs after boss encounter number one.

But we went on instead to the Citadel of Flame and kicked some Flame Legion ass instead :P

I am slightly upset tonight, at a coworker of mine. This might lead to usage of words I probebly shouldn't be saying. And if you dont like the use of these words and/or frases... dont bother telling me couse I dont give a rats fuckin ass!!!!

Okey, so here it is.

At my job, our former groupleader (former as in, its no longer needed to have one at all) told our company's boss that it would be better to be a two man team for various jobs. These jobs include, but are not limited to, helping our client (?) in and out of bed and in and out of the permobil.
She told her, and the rest of us, that it would be safer, and faster, if two people help eachother with this part of the job. So she asked that we have kind of double shifts a few hours in the morning ,aswell as in the afternoon. to get him out of bed and get ready for work, and get the transition from the permobil, to the shower and back again after work.
Now I work evenings, which means I get to help out on the second double shift. So for two hours I have someone there to help me with these things.
As for tonight. This fuckin nigger (there, a bad word), didn't help... at all. The shower ran a little late, and after the client needed some rest t ime, so it was directly from the shower to the bed. Nothing unusual with this, but as we had run a little late, I asked if he wanted us to get him up at 6 instead of the usual 5:30.
Now as someone who has worked with this man for over 9-10 years, you would think she could stay the extra 5 minutes to help me get him dressed and out of bed.
No.
I started puting on cloths on him, and as I was prepearing the lift for the move to the permobil.. we hear this cunt say goodbye and leaves.

It should be known right here, that once I got to work, she help with exactly this; put the lift suspenders on for the move from the permobil to the shower wheelchair... and thats it.

So for two hours, she did nothing but watch tv.

Oh yea.. she also put on the ipod as he wanted to listen to music while he rested, and cut a piece of bandage so I could put it on on an undisclosed location.

But that was it. At the moment when SHE says that two people are needed, both for speed AND safety... that fucking bitch leaves to go home!!!

I hate that goddamn black cunt!!! She just wants to be payed for watching tv for two hours every thursday.

Another Sunday Screenie

The following screen shot was taken in Diessa Plateau, in a cave to the east. I was farming Small Claws for my Mesmer's crafting skill in tailoring. I also got plenty of small venom sacks and the odd bone shards from the grawl walking around in there.

But when you run around in the world, the game world that is, you sometimes find simple bugs such as this.

A hole in the ground? Wasn't there last time.

Yea, the ground was partially missing... now if I tried to walk over that hole, it would dissapear.. becouse the hole, with the view of the water, was only visable from that point of view alone.. as soon as I moved my camera, the hole dissapeared.

Always fun to find these kind of "gems", they dont realy slow down or interupt your game play... so they are fine. The bigger bugs how ever... like a skill point challange npc missing.. thats annoying :P

This screen shot was taken in a dungeon/instance called Caudecus's Manor, and shows us fight the last boss on the second path/choise in explorable mode.
We were all scaled down to lvl 45, and if I do say so myslf, for a first timer, I did pretty good.

New Office

I have an actual office now. I move the desk and the computer today to the old bedroom. I still have a few ideas for this office-ish room, but it requires me to go down town to get some of the pics I've taken with my phone printed like normal "old school" photos. Then make a collage in a frame and hang it over the screens.
Just pics of friends and places I want to remember with love and smiles.

Exciting Sickness

Something exciting is about to happen here at home. Something I dont think has ever happened before. Something rather cool too...

I am about to redesign the apartment.

Or more, move furniture around so it looks different, dont have the money to realy redesign the place... but considering it will look totaly different, except for the wallpapers, I will keep calling it a redesign of my home.

As many of you know, I dont have a bed... or the traditional version of a bed, but a pullout couch.. my thought was simple, if me and Isabelle are going to move in together at some point, then why have 2 twin beds? So I got a couch/twinbed I, or we, use here.
This couch/bed will stay here in the livingroom, but switch location, the tv will move to the other side of the room, the bookshelf is gone and a new is bought, but the new one is placed in the "bedroom".
The bedroom will become an office of sort, where I will move the computer and its 2 meter long desk to.

So yea, its gonna look great. I hope.

But there is one "small" issue with all this cleaning and moving and shit.

I have found that my tolerance for dust is... how should we say it... LOW.
So low infact, that I get sick.
Kind of like a nasty cold, but without over all weakness of the body, just a shitload of sneezing, violent sneezing I should add, some difficulties breathing, and by some, I mean so bad I cant for some reason lie down or the throat becomes even more difficult to use for such trivial things as breathing :/
Then add a bit of no breathing through the nose and a constant runing nose.
Yea... it sucks.

So the plan is as follows... I will finish it all today. Call in sick today and for tomorrow, then do what ever I can to get healthy again for work on monday.

No Clue Cooking

I was just sitting infront of the game, you know the game, Guild Wars 2, and all of the sudden I came to a realization, that I had no real idea what I wanted to do in the game.

I had many choises ofcourse, choises like; I could run around killing shit at random (allthou I never do that), I could do some heart events, or search for random dynamic events. I also kind of needed to resupply my crafting skill materials, lots of that would mean "low level" material. Or I could do some pvp in the very annoying acronym WvWvW, which stands for World vs World vs World, where 3 different servers, fight eachother for control and points and what not.

But as I was wondering what I wanted to do, it dawned on me... when I dont know what the fuck to do, I dont... I logg out and do something else.

Currently that means making food for both lunch and 3 lunch boxes for work.

After that I intend on watching the latest episode of Dexter :)

This can be found at the bottom of the lake in the main city hub, Lion's Arch. Seem to me that parts of the city didn't hold up and just went down. I dont know.. haven't found (haven't looked) any lore or info on this part. I might get the idea of looking for such info... I'll let you know then.

This is a loading screen image from a personal story quest i had with my Charr engineer. The name at the bottom, Ghostbore Musket, is actually a weapon my character appereantly made for the single purpose of killing ghosts at a more effective way...
It should be noted that i can kill the same ghost way faster with my normal pistols or pistol/shield or even the rifle... But it was fun to kill em with uniqe skills that was associated with said musket.

Well.. I hope that will satisfy your screenie hunger.. I'll be back on sunday. (unless I forget)

Bad Movie Sayings

What the hell is going on? I just found, by pure accident I might add, a movie that hollywood has made, that I do belive whispers of borderline insanity. What I mean is just, why would anyone even come up with this idea, and why the hell would anyone give some idiot money to make it?
The movie I am talking about is "Vampire Dog", and its about a boy that "unwittingly adopts" some 600 year old freakin dog that happens to be a vampire... a VAMPIRE!!!!... and they soon realize that by overcoming their fears they can do anything... or what ever. What the hell man??? Is hollywood so dried up on ideas that all they can do is shit and remakes? /sigh

I'm not saying that hollywood only makes shit, they dont, but not alot coming out of hollywood these days spawn from original ideas, and if they are, they become crap like "Vampire Dog". And I swear to the gods, that if anyone watches that movie and then honestly tells me they thought it was a great movie... I'll kill you!!!!

Dont worry, I got more to complain about.

I read the old saying, "Sticks and stones may brake my bones, but words will never harm me."
I dont know about you, but I'd rather be beat up then have harsh words thrown at me... couse harsh words linger like nothing else can, and they fuckin hurt forever if they hit home just right.

More then One

Forgot that I hade a new game to install yesterday, but while I was busy with other things, namely food, I got around to install it and make sure it was ready to be used.

I also dinged lvl 80 last night with my warrior Garm. And as a little gift for you, I took a screenie of him too to show you what he looks like at this present moment as the highest level.

Found the color "Iron" a few hours earlier, thats why he looks so dark, he's mostly dark grey and brown in color now, which you have to admite, looks a bit sinister. In other words, perfect for a Norn Warrior... althou this particular Norn has alot of Dignity, and not alot of ferocity or charm (a choise you make when you create your character). Couse I wanted my warrior to be a dignified warrior with a good heart that would be willing to die for his people, and die for all of Kryta (the world we reside in btw), not just be a good warrior that can take on most anything then brag about it on the pub. No a good and solid man with a heart of gold.


I bet you are wondering what the other game is huh? Well about 6 months ago, I pre-purched the game Torchlight II, and that is the game I have now installed in my box of technology, and I also tried it a bit late last night. I loved Torchlight I, but it was a bit linear. This is still a pretty much linear game, but with way more open space and you actually have too look around to find where you are going.
Made an Embermage to start with that has a panther at her side to fight, carry shit and run off to town to sell or even buy stuff for me :) I love that feature, never realy have to go into town yourself unless its for returning a quest.

So now, if I get bored with one game, I can always switch, and if I get bored of both games, I can always look for porn on the interwebz ;)

Thursday Screen Shot á la GW2

As part of the personal story quest, atleast if you chose the Vigil at an earlier state in the game, you get to fight undeads at a fort close to the buzzing city of Lion's Arch.

After a bit of fighting and swearing... the Elder Dragon responsible for all the undead shows up.

Which I'm glad for, couse I would have had my ass handed to me in a second.

No as soon as he landed, a new objective came up that told me to regroup outside the fortress and then save as many as I could and warn the city.

Will probebly get to fight him later in the game.. with alot of others too. (I hope)

Just before I sat down to wright this entry, I dinged ingame... meaning I gained a level. I have now reached level 70, and thus, only have 10 to go before I reach the current maximum of levels that I can obtain with this character... or all characters to be more accurate. 80 is the top right now.. but in future expansions perhaps that will be raised.

And just half an hour before that I got a new futuristic looking sword.
