Final April Screenie

Its the last sunday of the month of april, and yet, the clock tells me its actually monday... its half passed 1 at night, and its been monday for a good hour and half... but according to me, a new day does not start until I've been to bed, and then wake up... or until the sun rises, which ever comes first ;)

Fire breathing kitty with horns!

Started an elementalist a few days back, a Charr Elementalist... kind of fun. But truth be told, the game itself is getting boring... And I can quite put my finger on it as to why.

Sure there are a few things I feel lack in the game, such as the dungeon system. And its not that we get scaled down to match the lvl of the dungeon... no its the loot system. Every boss in every dungeon, has a crap loot table... crap as in, non-existent crap... The final boss always has a loot table... but only in such a way that its a higher chance of green drops and yellow drops...
The bosses in dungeons need better % chance of higher rare drops. And the higher base lvl the dungeon is, the higher the chance gets, until there is a boss that has 100% chance of dropping yellow, and 10-25% chance of dropping orange (all being account bound ofc to not shot the economy of the game in the guts).

April End Screen

It is the end times! Of april atleast... next paycheck arrives in 5 days, shortly after that, may is here. And we are finally getting some sun and warmth in this frozen wasteland of a country... yea, I called it a wasteland, its not what it used to be... and its not better as one would expect it to get.
But thats a discusion for another time.

Is that a... light saber?

That is not a light saber. Been playing my warrior in Guild Wars 2 lately, and I must say, that for a melee character, he is alot of fun, and it seems I've missed him.
The giant sword you see him runing with, is actually called: Super Greatsword of Blood. And I have farmed inside the "Super Adventure Box" for the skin, took a bit of time, but just look at it, totally worth it.
In this Super Adventure Box, I had to gather 250 bauble's, then trade them all in for 1 Super Bauble (I think they were called super atleast)... then I had to gather 50 of these super baubles to get one skin for various weapons.. I picked the greatsword.
Dont think I'll be farming that place anymore thou.. after a few hours of doing the same shit over and over.. it got kind of super boring :P

Spring is Around the Corner

Yes ladies and gents, the season of warmer weather, sunnier skies and wild growing flowers by the roadside is upon us. It took awhile, but as global warming is starting to show results, we get longer winters that hang on for dear life.

Now when you speak of "global warming", a long and cold winter isn't exacly the first thing that comes to mind. But you have to remember, that if the planets over all tempature goes up, the polar ice melts, and doing so, couses cold water to mix with the mexican gulf stream, and thus, bringing cold harsh weather to little Sweden.

But now spring IS actually coming... and I have the photographic evidence to back that shit up!

Six images from the nearby woodland area. Some snow is still around, as you can see, but all of it is melting away in the warming sun. (and no, I have no idea who the guys in the 5th image is)

Today thou was one hell of a day... so much fog, that I couldn't see oncoming cyclists until they were 100 meters away, and it was still daylight out (well almost anyway), and the streetlights dissapeared into the mist 150 meters beyond my sight. Got images of the movie The Mist while I was neck deep in it :P

POW!

Torchlight 2, my engineer, level 45 currently, and its alot of fun. But I hadn't played it in a long time, and they now have mods for it. Not alot of em yet, but some, I installed 2 mods, and can now choose 2 new classes to play.
But when starting a new game with mods, all your characters that you have been playing with, is gone. Its like a different game opens up, couse if you play it again without mods, youhave your characters back like normal... bit wierd, but it works I suppose.

In other news, I have started a new youtube channel, just look for the name "SillyKinma", and thou shall find me. So far, I have one follower, you know who you are. But my hopes is that I will eventually have a few more, like 2-3 millions :P

Scarlet Tactics

Its time for a game update from your silly little Kinma. 2 games, Lots of info on one, hardly any info on the other, couse thats they way I play it tonight!

No, its not a confession or a revelation or anything like that... its a new game. Sorry to burst your bubble, but it wasn't more exciting then that. ;)
This new game is called Scarlet Blade, and is most likely made in Japan.
The games story is, as far as I can tell, a future where the human race is going down the drain, opposed from all sides by something evil. And being on the brink of extermination, they create the ultimate warriors to take down this evil... unfortunatly, other do the same, so other warriors of equal strenght and skill are also out there, fighting the same battle, but being created by humans, also means, ofcourse, that they are not friends, so once an hour you can do battle against the other warriors. In other words, PvP (Player vs. Player).

These warrior are all female thou. You cant have a male character... and they wear THE skimpiest outfits known to gamers... of all time. You can clearly see from the image next to this text of what I am talking about.
The game mechanics isn't the best, in fact, for an action mmo, its rather bad, but, its not the worst game I've played. Yes I know, you'll think I'm only playing it for the jiggly boobs and half naked asses. And thou it may be so for a bit, when in combat, I kind of forget about it, I'm too focused on the task of killing the shit thats trying to kill me... and boy let me tell you... the enemies are touch, if you dont go all out on each and every one of them, you are fuckin toast.
One feature I like in the game, is that you are able to click on the target of your mission/quest, and it will "auto-travel" you there. Which means, you dont have to search like a mad man for your enemies you are tasked to kill, or find a specific spot on the map or an npc who needs your help. And I do like that... just click on the target in the quest window, then go get some beer out of the fridge... when you are back... you have reached your destination.

But then, there is the realy stupid part. You can go to a club/bar/disco at lvl 25 if I remember right, and at this club, you cant wear your armour, it goes away automaticly, and is changed to your lingeire... yes you read it right... your freakin underwear... and there is even an item you can use, to remove the underwear. This item is randomly droped from enemies, or bought on the games online store for actual cash. And if you use this item, you get to have your character naked to about 98%... there is still some bandaid on their twat... but boobs are a plenty, with all the yummy nipples for your viewing pleasure... /sigh

Lets forget about Scarlet Blade for a moment, and lets talk about another game I've been thinking of picking up. Fallout Tactics. Its an old game, but its fun. Was even thinking of capturing all the gameplay on fraps too, and perhaps share it here and the tube.

Something is Wrong

Going back to a Guild Wars 2 screen shot today... for this month, there is a new "thing" that you can do in the game... and  that is a new... umm.. game. Having you jump around and gather "bubbles" and kill enemies using a stick.. I am NOT kidding, a freakin stick! And bombs :)

I am not in Tyria anymore...

They made a world, called "The Super Box"... or something like that anyway, and its based on all the wonderful 8-bit games we used to play as kids. Super Mario is the first thing that comes to mind.
Anyway, its kind of fun.. but I got tierd of it rather quick.. just hoped in today to get a good screenie for you to see, then I will probebly never return to it again.

WAR!

If I have understood things right... we MIGHT be heading towards a third world war.
I know, not the best thing to wright as a first sentence in a gamers blog, but there it is. North Korea is pissed off at the united states of assholes, much like many other countries, and are now threatening to unleash their nuclear weapons on some of their military bases... or something like that.
Anyway... a few things have cought my attention, that makes me belive they aren't quite ready for a full scale war... one being this:

Thier latest long range rocket being tested there... If the usa's military bases is five inches away, t hey might actually hit it, but other then that... I just dont think so.
On a second reason, their leader looks like a giant baby with the intelligence of a brickwall.

Okey, lets be less silly for a moment, and consider the possibility of a war between North Korea and USA... What would then happen to the rest of us? Well I do belive that if a third world war would actually happen, pretty much every country in the world would be involved in one fashion or the other. Millions of people would die and alot of places would be very unfriendly to visit for the next 10 000 years or so.
And I have to admit... I kind of hope it happens, the war that is... and at the same time. I hope it doesn't, couse it would be a horrible time, and doing shit like this, wrighting a blog, playing games or jerking off in ones leazure time, would go straight out the window.
The joy of life would be fucked, and I still hate the fact that winter still hasn't gone away :P Imagen my hatred for a war fucking up any chance to peek a women at the beach wearing skimpy thong bikinis?!?!?!

Anyway, I guess thats what I had to say for the day...
